Tioman Island, Malaysia

This island is breath-taking.
It has the cheapest yet most delicious food.
And its people are the most hospitable and warmest I know - next to the Filipinos, that is. =)

Thanks to Aya Clarete for the amazing photographs.
Yet her Canon dslr still did not do enough justice in capturing how beautiful this place truly is!

HANDS DOWN to God's creation!

My stay at the hotels in Tioman was simply great! The breeze from the sea, the great view, the food and the long lazy walks around was all I did. Next trip scuba diving and finding marine life at low tide.

Aha! Stumbled upon ye while browsing for Ali Smith's "Why am I single" blogpost~ But anyway...

Tioman is awesome! Not sure which part of Tioman those pics were but they look real good (Is that Salang? Salang gotta be the best village of Tioman!). I agree the food and people are warm and very friendly, and the cats are uber cute too. Pity, no pix of the food. ; )
